While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and/or graphics of our products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color and/or graphic will be accurate. The colors you see will depend on your monitor and may be different from the actual colors of our product. We will have no liability (whether for damages, return of merchandise for credit, or otherwise) as a result of any variances between the appearance of colors and/or graphics displayed on your monitor and on any finished product purchased by you.

Domestic Shipping
All items contained in your order must be in stock before it ships. Currently it is taking us about 5-10 business days for us to process your order. If you need it sooner please feel free to call/email us and we may be able to accommodate your request. Please note that processing may take up to 4-6 weeks if there are back-ordered items to be delivered (we will email you if this is the case). If you have any questions about specific processing times you can email or call us. Once the order leaves our location, delivery time depends on the shipping option you select.For U.S. destinations, our shipping options and delivery times are as follows:
USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days
UPS Ground: 1-3 Business Days (West Coast)
UPS Ground: 3-5 Business Days (Mid West,East Coast)
UPS 3 Day: 3 Business Days
NOTE: FPO/APO orders can only be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
NOTE: UPS CANNOT ship to PO Boxes, Please use USPS options.

International Shipping
Boondockstore.com ships all international orders utilizing USPS Priority Mail International. International Orders require a physical street address and phone number. We are required to provide an invoice for all International Orders. Deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or holidays. The shipping time for international USPS orders usually takes 10 to 15 business days depending on the country destination. Please check with your local post office or customs office if you have not yet received your package.USPS Priority Mail International: 10-15 Business Days
NOTE: International orders may also be required to pay additional duty fees depending on the country of destination. Please check with customs officials within your country. Boondockstore.com is not responsible for any customs fees, nor can we accept a package (or have a package returned to the United States) that is stuck in customs.
How do I find out the status of my order at BoondockStore.com?
Please LOGIN to your account by clicking on "LOGIN"; if you do not have an account then you will not be able to track your previous orders. Once you are logged in Click on "MY ACCOUNT" at the top of the screen. On the next screen, Click on "CHECK ORDER STATUS" to see your current and previous orders. This will give your current order status and any notes that we have made to your order. Also if the SHIP TO Address is missing any information please email us with the corrections. You will also receive emails with your current status updates. Login Now
Exchange Policy
There will be no refunds. All sales are FINAL. Exchanges will be accepted after the item purchased is returned in the condition it was received, you will be charged the shipping cost to re-ship the items, you have 30 Days from date of delivery to request an exchange. NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS OR BULLET CASINGS Please click on the link to fill out the RMA FORM. Exchanges will not be accepted without the form.
Website Errors
If you are having trouble ordering through our site, please send us a detailed email that includes your, full name, valid ship to address, an email where you want the invoice send through PayPal and a phone number, and a list of what you want to order. Please email these requests to

Merchandise Damaged in Delivery
If you received damaged or defective items, we will promptly send a replacement within 15 days from delivery, after that 15 day period all orders are final. Please contact Boondockstore.com and provide the following information: Full name of purchaser, your order number, the name of the product you have purchased and your email address.Please email these requests to
