A Little History

Upward and Onward

Possibly the biggest cult hit ever (or at least of the last decade) - The Boondock Saints was filmed in 1999 and completed in 2000. Blacklisted from theatres due to a backlash against violent films after the Columbine Incident, the film never received a proper theatrical release. Instead the film found its fan base on video and DVD spawning an international sensation that has continued with little or no media support.

Thanks in large part to the fans rabid support of the film, the legal issues that have been stalling a sequel have been cleared up and financing is now being arranged to produce the new film.

The Boondock Saints online presence received a major face-lift in 2006 and will continue to be upgraded. Working with branding and interactive media agency Innfusion Studios, new sites are being developed for each facet of the boondock web experience.

The official Fan site. Launched in late 2006, the only place to stay up to date with exclusive announcements about the sequel and other projects. Blogs, Videos, Photos, Forums and more - The site is a place for us to stay in closer contact and interact with you - the fans who have made all this possible - as well as a place for you to interact with and get to know each other. The official online store. Launched in late 2006, the store has undergone a significiant face-lift and enhaced infrastructure. New feautures include a complete re-design, upgraded security, better management of handling and shipping, new shipping options and much, much more.

Boondock Merch

Starting with a single T-shirt, Boondock Merchandise has grown into a thriving business in it's own right. Writer / Director, Troy Duffy and his wife and Office Manager, Angela created the first Boondock T-Shirt in 2002 as an experiment. That first shirt sold so quickly and so well that an entire indy clothing line has sprung up and expanded into other merchandise related to the film.
